Bubblegum Balloons is recruiting for a Customer Services Representative – a new key role in our expanding company. Bubblegum Balloons is an exciting, young and dynamic company who are rapidly growing with an incredible client roster including Celebrities, High End Brands, Luxury Venues and Royalty.

The Customer Service Representative’s key responsibilities will be answering phone calls throughout the day, successfully providing help or forward to a team member who is better placed to provide help, managing a busy inbox, processing orders from and, along with managing our drop shipping and postal systems.

The successful candidate will be able to manage stressful situations with ease, have a calm attitude and be able to work incredibly well in a team no matter the pressures.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Dealing with a high level of customer queries and the occasional complaint via both phone and email with a calm and professional manner
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers
  • Maintaining all necessary documentation accurately and timely
  • Managing spreadsheets and keeping them fully up to date
  • Liasing with other teams internally to ensure a smooth order process
  • Gaining a quick understanding of the products we sell and their prices

Key Competencies;

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage an incredibly busy inbox and phone line
  • Ability to prioritise their workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well versed in IT skills such as the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • An administrative or sales processing background
  • Ability to listen for key details and provide the best help the customer requires
  • Solution-Orientated
  • Ability to work well in a team

Person Specification;

The successful candidate will be energetic and driven with high standards of work. This candidate will have excellent communication skills; both face to face, over the phone and email, and a never ending positive can-do attitude. Naturally being customer focused is essential.
